ok so im 16 yrs old and im 5’8 i weigh 210lbs i know im on the heavy side but i wanted to know if i would get any taller and is there a possibility that ill hit at least 6’0 my dad is 6’5 but my mom is a small 4’5. The other thing is nowadays with the girls ppl are so sex driven at such a young age and i know im not large enough for anything and theres been plenty of oppurtunities that ive had with girls that ive always wanted to get with but im too ashamed to go anywhere because im afraid of being embarassed because this is embarassing to pull out on a girl and actually expect her to do something with 3 inches in my opinion this is wrong its not even big enough to pleasure anyone and there was even one girl that i really truly liked her but we didnt go anywhere because i was ashamed of this. so id like to know of any ways to enlarge myself naturally w/out any pills or injections, etc. im already losing weight if thats a facor 4 times a week i do cardio for 45 minutes alternating between a gym and running at the park. I have also been watching what i eat. if i could reach 6 inches i would b
i am fourteen and im very tall, pale, and i have bright blue eyes. i used to have medium length GORGEOUS dark brown hair. i absolutely loved it, but then my parents stopped letting me dye it. i am naturally blonde and my roots started to grow in
so they let me dye it blonde
only blonde is NOT my color!!!!
it looks so horrible on me and its soooooo damaged/frizzy from the dying process. and since its so damaged, its gtting shorter from the ends breaking off ):…… and i went from looking like a beautiful model to a hideous person with a haystack for hair….
problem: i seriously cry myself to sleep most nights and i spend around 5 hours of my day working on my hair and trying to do everything for it. and thats just for my hair. i spend a lot of time on whitening my teeth, applying makeup, losing weight, everything i possibly can to be more beautiful.
im smart so i REALIZE i have a problem… and i have tried to not care about my looks but they are too important to me
what can i do to stop having this problem?
Im 15YO and I have this lymph node on my right groin, it isn’t rock hard, it is very mobile, its not painful at all, its 1 cm in diameter. Its been there for about 3 or 4 years. Thats when I started losing weight and growing tall and getting thin. When I look in mirror, most of the time I cant see it pop out or anything. When it does show (very rarely) you can just barely see it honestly. I have to get glasses in order to see it. Im tall and lenky (6′ 3" and 175lbs.). My parents and friends have all told me to stop worrying and Im going to think myself into a cancer. My node on my left side is somewhat the same way except you cant see it as much as the right when you can see it in the mirror. It started to become visible a little bit the exact same time my right one did, the same day and everything. Im a hypacondriac and I freak out over every ache. Ive heard from other forums that this is normal and some nodes are more palpable and everyone has a node more visible than others.

I’m currently 18 years old, turning 19 next week. I am about 5’7 and weight 190. (I’m working on losing weight)
I really want to grow a little taller. What are certain methods in growing taller if possible and does being fat prevent people from growing taller?
Help is appreciated.

I’m 14 going on 15 and at 1.57 – 1.58m. My brother’s at 1.73. My parents aren’t short either – well, my dad isn’t. He’s at 1.7m, while mum’s at 1.55m. However, I’m shorter than some of the girls in my class. I want to grow taller so I can even out my weight (53 kg) and look good in skirts and my uniform – my uniform’s an A-line skirt, which makes me look awfully fat. The taller, skinnier girls always look good in uniform.
Is there a good exercise that I can do to grow taller or slim down, or even some specific diet? I want to grow naturally before I hit eighteen, and slim down at the same time. I don’t want any artificial ways of growing or losing weight either. Any suggestions? Thanks.
