Heyy, I’m a 19 year old male.. I’m 5’4” and I’m taller than my mother and grandmother…But my uncle is about 5’7” and my grandfather about 5’6”…I want to get at least 5’6” or 5’7” because my life right now is frustrating…every time i go out i’m the shortest one, most girls are taller than me, and it gets worst if they use tall shoes…I feel very sad sometimes about this…I’d like to do something (not surgery) because this would help me to feel a lot better about myself….I exercise regularly 3-4 times a week…I just want to know if there’s something I can eat or some exercises that can help me grow..My doctor told me I havent grown nothing in like 5 years,but i was 5’3” and measured myself recently and now i’m 5’4” and I even was the last one of my friend to loose my teeth when I was a kid like 2 or 3 years after them…
