Hey guys. So I’m 16 year old Asian guy. I’m 5’6 (168 cm) and I weight 143 pounds (65 kg).
I think I’ve stopped growing like 2 years ago. I measure my height every month and I haven’t seen any differences… Did my growth plates fused or what? I think it’s kinda impossible at age of 16.

My height is a joke. All my friends are like towers and I’m always embarrassed with my height. Girls I like are higher than me.

I love basketball but since I’m so damn short it’s hard to play with giants. Oh, and I could never reach the rim.

AND THE WORST THING. People sometimes make jokes about my height and that Asians are short… That drives me nuts.

5’9" – 6’0" would be a perfect height.

Please help me guys :) And please don’t write stuff like "eat more and do sports" because that’s what I heard from my doctor and I’m quite disappointed. So how can I grow any taller naturally? :)

Hi, (Sorry If someone my height has already posted this)
I am 5′,8-9" I turned 15 on 4th July this year.
I am DESPERATE to dunk.. I have seen people my height doing "dunks" but I can only reach the rim when It Is at 8.5-9feet. Considering the regulation Is 10ft, I have a way to go.
My questions are that:
1, How can I make myself grow to my tallest potential? ANd what sort of diet should I be on?

2, What excercises should I do to help maximise my vertical lift and how often, how many? etc…

I know Dunking Isn’t everything.. but It sure Is a help.

Im 13.5 and im 6 ft 2 inches. I wanna be really tall like 7 foot. my doctor said i’ll be anywhere from 6 ft 6 to 6 ft 9. But i really wanna make 7 feet. What can i do to get taller naturally. I already do stretches and have become vegetarian (studies shows they grow on average 2 inches taller than meat eaters)

No actually your wrong. my pediatrician is # 1 is maryland. you can get protien from things other than meat( peanut butter,nuts,seeds,shakes). I thinki trust her more than a "used to be" pediatricion
