I am a 17 years old and I am a guy. Currently I am 5 foot 6 and half inches tall and I know thats below average for American. MY goal is to grow at least a couple more inches taller so I do appear that short. I have been taking prescription medication called Ritalin for my ADD (that might of stunted my growth). Is it too late to start trying? Please if there is any method of growing taller please tell me.

How much taller will I grow?

My parents were 5 foot 8 and 5 foot 7 when they were married. I was born 22.5 inches long and I’m 5 days from being 18 years old now and I am now 5 foot 9 (five foot nine). I took ritalin when I was young until I was 13. I jog 5 miles every day. I’m 170 pounds. My feet are both 11.5 inches long. I eat regularly, breakfast, lunch and dinner (I eat a variety of meats and vegetables, 5 pounds of food on average). I have 6 percent body fat. One more fact: I got my height measured by the doctor and she said that I grew 1/2 of an inch taller in 3 months.
