Ok, I’m going to be 15 in a couple of weeks, and I still haven’t started my period or had spotting or anything. I used to desperately want to start it but now I don’t really care, but I am very worried that there is something wrong with me as in I won’t be able to have children.
I am 5’6”-5’7” so really quite tall
About 115 lbs (naturally thin)
I’ve had vaginal discharge for 5 years now. Yes, since I was 10, I have had vaginal discharge. 5 years is a really long time and I haven’t even got my period yet.
I started getting pubic hair about 4 years ago, and for the past 2 years it has been really thick and dark, and it covers the same area as a full grown woman.
I have had BO for 4 years, same with having to wash my hair at least once every two days
My boobs have been developing for about 3 years although they are still only about a B cup.
I have had acne for 3 years and it is not only on my face, but my back and chest too. my face isn’t too bad but my back is awful and my chest is pretty bad too. Recently it has spread also to my shoulders.
So all this and I still haven’t started my periods. I’m starting to worry a tad because I’m scared there is something wrong with me and I won’t ever be able to have children. My hips have been widening for a good 3 years too.
My mum didn’t start her periods until she was 15 but she is a completely different build to me and she never had acne like I do.

Do you think there is something wrong with me? Thanks.
Ok, I wasn’t just being all "ooh when will it start" to the person who first answered, I was simply worried that there was something wrong seeing as I figured that I have been going through puberty for quite a while now. And yeah I really don’t want to start tbh but I want to be able to have children. I’m a very get up and go type person and I can’t be bothered with the hassle of periods, as long as I can have kids then I don’t mind. <3

Well. I’ve always had the same haircut except when I was pretty young. I’m 16 years old and I have naturally curly, brown hair. I always get my hair layered and trimmed to my shoulders but I’ve let it grow out to my shoulder blades recently. I REALLY need a haircut and I want short hair again. Not too short. But I don’t want it to freak out and curl up really tight. I’m tall and I have a normal, oval shaped face. I like bangs, but not short bangs. I just want something new! Please and thank you!

Hello. i recently turned 17, am around 140lb and 5’11 feet tall.

I do have a fair bit of knowledge on this subject area, but obviously i’m not a master, so i just want to ask a few questions to fil in the gaps so i can make the most of my work outs and get bigger (which is obviously my gain :3)

1.I drank 2 scoups of maximuscle progain for 6 weeks and gained 4 kilos, but it was all around my stomach. REAALLLY flabby stuff there haha. presumeably the carbs had done that. I was working out 3 times a week while taking the supplement. I want to know that if i were to take maximuscle proMAX instead..which has barely any carbs and is mostly protein…would i still gain weight but not around my tummy?

2.I’v been at a great gym for nearly 4 months and do see some progress. My muscles appear more defined, but i swear i’m not ‘bigger’. It makes no sense. i lift the heaviest weight i can and do chest and arms one day – back and shoulders the second – and legs on third. so its all even ish. why arent i getting bigger? (i eat a lot, not as though i’m purposely trying to force feed myself though)

3.my bones are naturally thin. so looking at my arms for example, yes you can see a clear defined bicep etc, but the arm itself is relatively small. will keeping to a hard routine sort of make my bones grow. maybe not grow..but my arms appear bigger? (sorry to make it awkward)

if anyone could help me on ANY of the issues i’d be grateful!

I’m currently 15 and 9 months old and weigh about 159 pounds, standing at 5foot 6and a half. I’ve been working out at the gym for half a year and got really big in my shoulders chest and arms. I Bench 140 and do 80lbs flys and 100 lbs dummbell presses. I naturally have a longer body and shorter legs. My mom and relatives think that if i continue to workout I would not grow to my potential height, is that true? Everyday I drink milk and take omega 3 and multivitamins. My mom is 5’3", dad is 5’4 and a half". I stopped growing for almost 8 months, but wen I hit the gym I gre half an inch. Can you give me any advice?

I’m writing a story, and I can’t decide on a name for my main character. She’s 5 foot 4 inches tall, and weighs 115 pounds. She has light brown wavy hair that goes just a little past her shoulders, and dark brown roots (she’s letting her hair grow out, as she reminds everyone when they comment on how she needs a touch up) She has hazel eyes that look dark brown most of the time, and really thick lashes. She does have flaws, I just didn’t feel the need to write about them in here. But for those of you who are wandering, she’s dyslexic, and has in on the edge of going in to depression, which is why she parties so much. (very fragile mental state) She lost her mom, and fights non stop with her father.

I want to try a new look to try and boost my self confidence. To start off I feel plain. I don’t do much with my hair. I sometimes straighten it or leave it naturally wavy. It is dark brown and a little past my shoulders but I’m trying to grow it out down to my chest. I’m thinking about getting bangs because my hair doesn’t frame my face well. I’m thinking about bangs that part to the side and that are not short like at my eye brows I want it a little about the point of my nose. I have a diamond shaped face. So should I get bangs or let all my hair grow out to the same length?
I also don’t wear make up because I don’t know what brands to buy or how to apply it. I have fair skin and green eyes. I know colors like browns and purples look good with green eyes. I want it to look natural though and I would like to play up my eyes.
As for my clothes I dress pretty casual, with a cute shirt and some jeans. I’m tall and thin (5’8) and both my legs and torso are long and so it’s very difficult to find clothes that fit me right. I usually wear a long tank top under some of my shirts. I think I look good in red, pink, blue, green, white and black. I don’t like to wear bright colors since I’m pale and I’m a shy person. I prefer softer colors. I got a lot of gift cards for christmas and I want to use them to buy new clothes and maybe some make up.
If anyone has any ideas or advice I would like it. Thank you in advance.

i am really tall, 6’1" not model status thin, but not extremely overweight either. right now my hair is alittle past my shoulders, and ive got alittle bit of natural highlights. it is naturally curly, but not crazy curly, more like severe wavy… if that makes sense…

so my question is this, which looks better on a tall person like me and is more flattering? straight hair, or curly? should i grow it out, or cut it, or keep my length? any recommendations??

i am tall for my age, and have a models build wide hips but am extremly skinny so my hip bones stick out i would extremely love to model. here is why i cant.

Skin- a almost never get like noticable zits, but ill get small ones and huge pores that make my skin look very unhealthy but i want to go to the dermatoligist or something for my skin i want it to be perfect, and my face is pale i want it a pretty naturally dark tan, but when i tan in the sun or tanning bed it just makes my dark brown freckles darker otherwise there mostly unnoticed. i want my freackles GONE

teeth- there big not like stick out of my mouth big but big, and i recently got braces and they look a lot better and i want them to be dazzling white but how do i do that when i have braces without staining them or something so i cant getr them too white or under my braces with be more yellow and i cant have them not white enough or under my braces will be whiter UGGHHHHHHH!!!!! i get them off in the middle of 8th grade. i am currently in 7th

my hair- thin tooooo thin finally longer than my shoulders but i put sun in in it 2 years ago and it turned orange and ive died it numerous times but it always goes back to orange ! always. the ends are fried but if i cut it i know itll take forever to grow back out and by then the ends will be just as friend and the same length. so what could i use to never straighten it for like a year so it wont be fried and give it time to grow further, ? but i still want it to look good but i dont want to straighten it.

and i dont have a freaking eating disorder? order a mean come on what a cliche and you the one in the fucking language section. i eat more than anyone i know its not my fault i have a high matabolism. and that honestly helped me not one bit.

I know I have asked this before, but either I am not getting it, or none of the exercises work for my horse. I have tried canter to lengthen, leg yield to lengthen, and shoulder-in to lengthen, both down the wall and across the diagonal.

The most I can get out of my mare (10yr old Gypsy drum) is 2-3 strides, and then she falls apart into a faster working trot. She does stretch down and lengthen her body easily, but can’t get the extra freeing shoulder/flicking out forelimbs that a lengthening shows. Her back is supple, she is using it, and she listens well to half halts,seat, and leg. She is built for, and more naturally collects, but lengthenings are supposed to be 1st level movements, and not that hard.

The woman I get lessons from occasionally, who has shown grand prix, doesn’t get why my horse can do an trot extension-like movement in the spanish trot, but not a normal lengthen trot. We have tried everything and nothing is working for more than those couple strides.

She can passade (not as exaggerated as a warmblood, but she’s doing it) for 10 strides or so, spanish trot, and spanish walk- all that includes more front leg "up" movements, sitting on the haunches, and freeing up the shoulders.

So why can’t we figure out lengthenings!?

Sorry for venting my frustrations, and I am sure it is something that I am not cueing her right for, as it is usually the rider’s fault :)

Anyone have any tips/advice that I can try?
Oh- my cues- to ask for it, I do a slight half halt to raise her front end, sit deeper in the stirrups, move my legs back slightly to curl around her barrel, and drive with my seat.

Hey, I’m 19, 6 feet tall and I weigh about 135 lbs. I’ve been working out since junior year in high school but then I stopped and started again early this year. I work out about 4 days a week (45 min – 1 hour each day)and I do different muscle groups each time I go. triceps/biceps, chest/calves, back/shoulders. I’ve never really worked out my abs or my legs other than calves since I’m pretty skinny and I never really thought about it too much. I want to gain about 15-20 pounds in, hopefully, 6 months. I have a good physique but I want to grow and become bigger. Is 15-20 pounds too much to try to gain? Any help with food to eat, a certain workout or any tips at all would be greatly appreciated. I would really be happy with a workout routine!

I am trying to gain muscle while staying lean and I want my entire body to be in good shape, not just my upper half. Thanks for reading and hopefully, replying.

Im 16 years old right now and weigh 145 or so pounds, im 6 feet tall. Ive been working out for like a year now 3x a week, but im not really seeing anything, only when i flex. Also in my bicep area my vein isnt showing or anything. The main areas i care about are shoulders, arms, and abs. I eat around 60g of protein a day and on days i work out, i drink these supplements with 30g of protein right after. Also i heard that working out pressures your spine and it causes you to stop growing taller and shrinks you is this true? Please dont give me some extreme diet, because i go to school and live a normal life so i cant do those lean chicken stuff and stay away from bad foods because i get them naturally in the lunch line.

Well. Im a 5.4 tall or should i say short male, im soon 19 years old, And done growing, checked with the docs. i got a fairly handsome face and ive had 2 girlfriends in my entire life. got my first when i were 17. I’m male and I’m around 17 years old now and I’ve pretty much stopped growing taller for about a whole year? Will I grow taller than I am now? I heard puberty doesnt end till you’re 21 years old but I also heard someone say that since I havent really grown in a whole year my body is probably done growing height wise.

Also, will my shoulders grow naturally in width or length or whatever before I hit 21? (skinny shoulders :P )

Ok so. Im 15 years old and I’m 5’8. Which I think is pretty tall. I’m slender, and i measured my waist and what not, I’m a perfect hour glass. I think I’m done growing since I have already hit my growth spurt and I haven’t grown at all this year.

Sometimes I feel really self conscious about my height. Especially when around shorter girls. A lot of times I’m proud and feel kinda hot because of my height – It’s because it’s summer and I’m wearing shorts, guys kinda notice me now. But for those times when I do feel self conscious what do guys prefer taller girls or shorter girls?

I have read a few forum things on this and a lot of guys say that like girls that around 5’4! which kinda makes me feel bad.

To go further into the way I look. I have blond hair tight wavy hair (almost curly) and a bit past my shoulders. A slight tan (im not brown though, just like a glow) and blue eyes.

I am so sick of being 163cm and looking at my perfect 5’9" model like friends chins and shoulders. I eat a lot of food, lots of protein, carbohydrate and calcium. I am a tad underweight, but thats how I am naturally, I haven’t grown in a year either. My father is tall but my mum is short. A lot of my cousins are really tall, were talking 6’5". My brother is 6’4". I hear that you have to be in a deep sleep at the time 11pm-2am at night bcuz thats when you grow, it’s a bit hard for me when I get into bed at 9pm and lay there for hours as I find it impossible to go to sleep. I usually doze off around midnight. I’ve been doing stretches for a year and increased my calcium and protein, but it’s not working. I don’t really want to take any of them hormones or anything, should I talk to my doctor?

He is now 11 months and he stands 34" at shoulders. Is he going to grow more taller now? Please give me some tips on his diet.

I right now feed him on home cooked food. Giving him flour malt + milk thrice a day. ( mixed flour of brown rice, jowar, wheat, few other pulses ) AND I FEED HIM CHICKEN once in three days.

Please let me know if the commercial food(packed) have any significance in huis growth. But as far as his health is concerned……he is doing great, but i think if i switch him to red meet , he will improve his fur coat condition better.
