im 5’2. started my period last december. my mom is 5’5 1/2 and my dad is 5’11. my older brother got to 6ft. im a volleyball player and i know im eventually going to grow taller, but is there any way to boost my growth naturally? (please no pills/spams)! im in 8th grade………thank you!
and i just grew another size in shoes resently. does this mean im about to hit a growth spurt? im an 81/2 size shoe. and for my hieght, i feel like i have boat feet

I’ve read several questions on here about growing taller and I feel that I can provide a bit more details, so maybe I’ll get a better answer than other people. I’m a 15 year old female (16 in December) and I’m currently 5’2". My mom is 5’7" and my dad 5’9". My grandparents and all of my aunts and uncles are around that height too. I never really had a "growth spurt". I just grew about 2 inches over a period of 3 years. No fast growth…I have several close female friends that are the same height as me, but they all wear a size 4-6 in shoes and they’ve all had a growth spurt. I’m the only one that’s 5’2" and wears a size 8 shoe. My taller friends all have bigger size shoes. One of my female friends is 6 months younger than me, wears a size 11 and is 5’11". I’ve always heard that when you wear a bigger size shoe, you will be taller, which is the case with all of my friends. My question is will I grow any taller? Nobody in my family is this short and I really hate being the shortest.
