I am really really short. Some of my friends are a foot and a half taller than me. A lot of people call me shorty or short stuff or something like that. I don’t necessarily hate it, but I would like to be just a little bit taller. is there any thing I can do? Food I can eat? Stretches or exercises I can do?
I’m 12 and I’m 162cm. I think i’ve stopped growing because i’ve been this height since like the beginning of the year/end of last year. My parents aren’t very tall, my mom is 158cm and my dad is 170cm. My sister is 15 and is the same height as me and has been this height for quite some time. I wanted to know if there is anyway i can grow taller naturally, like stretches, exercises, massages on feet, or anything!!! I really want to grow taller, like 170cm. My mom saw this guy on tv that slept with his arms up and sed that that helped him grow taller, is this true??
I drink four glasses of milk everyday. I also take omega 3 fishoils.iron vitamin.and vitamin c pills. I excercise everyday too.
Are there any stretches or exercises I can do or vitamins or foods .My moms side of the family is short and I’m really worried about staying 5 foot my whole life ….I want to be 5 4′ or 5 3′ at least what do I do?
Ok so I’m 14, 128lbs and 5’6 I’ve been weightlifting for the past year and a half now, and have only grown slowly in that time,I read up that it stunts your growth,if I give up the weights now at 14 is it still possible for me to grow? I now eat 2500cals a day, (all heathly,) gathering me enough vitamins and minerals and protein,carbs,fat etc. And now play basketball for 30minutes daily aswell as getting 9 hours sleep nightly, I was wondering if this is enough to help improve my chances of growing, I’m hoping to be around 5’10 atleast, I was considering to take up some stretches but I don’t know which ones work, do you guys know any? Or do you know any other ways I could get taller? And don’t give me any of this crap like elevator shoes or pills cuz there just a waste of time and my parents won’t let me get them, 10 points best answer, I’m a male by the way

My friend recomended I do some stretches/exercise to grow taller. I’ve tried standing straight and touching my toes, but I can’t reach my toes without bending my knees! I can’t even do push ups!

I’m 18 and only 4’8, but have always liked my height ^_^. Lately though I’ve been thinking I should try to get taller if I even can or just look taller so people don’t mistake me for an 11 year old all the time. Plus I guess people have said I have somewhat of a ‘baby face’ and I do have a young sounding voice. It’s nice though because when I get older I’ll get mistaken for younger still hopefully X3. But being 18 and being mistaken for an 11 year old is not fun… I guess I was born without a pituitary gland and my doctor says 5’ is as tall as I could ever hope of being, so I thought maybe I should TRY to grow that tall somehow… (NATURALLY…I have chemophobia and the growth hormones didn’t work on me anyways.) I’ve heard stretches and yoga could help and want to try but…I just REALLY like my height and don’t like the prospective of me being 5’ tall at all… but there’s a guy I like and he’s 23 and about 5’8-ish and I really don’t want to look like an 11 year old next to him lol. (He looks like he’s 18 at least though lol) But I just don’t want to get taller (and I don’t know if I even can) and just really love my height just the way it is <3. *sigh* but being mistaken for 11 gets SO old… Maybe…is there any way I could look more my age without looking or getting any taller? And I’m just curious what others think on this matter: should I try to get/look taller?

I am 14 and in 8th grade. I am 5’8". My Dad is 6’1" and my Mom is 5’10". I used to always be the tallest in my grade but now I am about the same height as everybody else. I know 5’8" is tall for an 8th grader but I have not grown since the end of 7th grade. It is kind of worrying me that I have not grown in a while. Can you predict how tall I will be (don’t give me a website to calculate it)? Are there any special stretches or exercises to get taller? If so, tell me what they are please. I know drinking water and milk and eating healthy are ways to get taller but are there any ways to try to naturally get taller? I am just worried that I will not grow that much more and stay at this height.

-no white bread

Im 14 years old and right now im boxing, everyday besides the weekends i go to the boxing gym, and i was just wondering, with the help of multivitamins and growth stretches, can i grow taller than 5’5, and yes my father is 5’6, but my uncle is taller than him by 3 to 4 inches and my grandfather, their father, was like near 5’10-5’11, so do i have a chance to grow?? Im 13.5 and im 6 ft 2 inches. I wanna be really tall like 7 foot. my doctor said i’ll be anywhere from 6 ft 6 to 6 ft 9. But i really wanna make 7 feet. What can i do to get taller naturally. I already do stretches and have become vegetarian (studies shows they grow on average 2 inches taller than meat eaters)

No actually your wrong. my pediatrician is # 1 is maryland. you can get protien from things other than meat( peanut butter,nuts,seeds,shakes). I thinki trust her more than a "used to be" pediatricion

i really want to grow atleast 3-4 more inches. im 15 and only 5:4. im already taller than both my mom and dad and both grandparents. i been researching a little and i found some videos and some info. Can stretching and drinking alot of milk help me grow them extra inches? The doctor said i was done growing im pretty sure but i just want to grow a little taller. So is there anything to help me achieve this like stretches and milk?

I am 15 and have not grown in height for a month now. I go to the gym every day and I am athletic. Also I try to eat good. I was wondering if their are any stretches or exercises or ANYTHING else i can do to gain a few more inches? Thanks!
