i really need some help and advice on this, i’m currently ard 5.3 foot -5.4 foot tall and i’m 14 this year, my mother is around 5.1 foot and my father is roughly 5.2 foot. just asking, have i stopped growing? i really wanna try to reach 5.7foot tall if i really want, the thing is, is it possible to grow to that tall naturally?
wat i really want to know is that am i able to reach a height of 5.7 feet tall? i really appreciate all ur efforts in posting ur answers ty so much

My mom, dad, and sister are all pretty tall and im 13 and am only a little over 5 foot. I don’t understand it im not super thin but im not very fat. Im just not tall and idk why. I wanna grow to be 5"5 or 5"6 but at this rate its does not seen like its gonna happen! Any tips on how to grow Naturally like what to eat and stuff. I don’t exercise im always terrified someone will kid nap me especially after so many girls have been going missing but I have started a diet of eating less but still eating enough to take away the hunger but not stuff me. Any thought on how to grow???

I am 13 and I already had my period. I think I’m 5’2" and my parents aren’t that tall either. This guy in my class grew 6 in. in 6 months and now he is 6’1" and also can that really happen to girls too? I drink 5 cups of milk per day and stretch a lot. However, I am considered rather short in my class. Is there any way for me to grow at least 3 more inches? TY!

Yea, it might seem easy to answer by saying, "Drink lot’s of milk everyday!" or something. Well at school I’m going to 8th grade && I wanna grow a few inches maybe, 1-5 inches will make me happy.
