I grew 3 inches between the ages of 20 and 25(from 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall). My knees hurt and I'm still growing.I've recently grown 1/4 of an inch over the last 6 months. My muscle mass is increasing. I'm huge. I've inherited Germanic features( I'm white). I have very good genes. I’m sorry- I’m 38 years old.
