I’m 14 going on 15<—in may
I’m 4’8
i”m tired of people calling me names and stuff
any tips on how to grow taller like around 5’0 and above.
i sleep around 10:00 and wake up 6:00 for school.
on weekends i got to bed at 10:00-1200 and don’t wake up til 9:00.
Is it because I’m sleeping late?
What age you stop growing?
plus what exercise help me grown taller?
or food?

I’m sorry, but there is no easy way to get taller. Even though things say they’ll work they never do. You might grow. Most people dont stop growing until their early 20′s, so you still have time. See how tall your mom is, you’ll probably be about as tall as her.
there is no easy way out of this, Its nothing to do with the late sleep at all. remember, your still 14 yet and still growing into an adult, only time will make you taller, also, if you know the height of your parents, average it out and thats approximately how tall you will be, People at my school are like 6ft5, im 15 right now and I’m only 5,4, but that seems to be the average, last year I was the shortest in my whole year, now I’m taller, but I’m still growing yet also, I wasnt the one of the earliest to get into puberty but not very late, you might be late, you might be getting growth spurts next year just like me, its all normal and nothing can be done do not worry.
