What about elevator shoes?
Has any one tryed these and were satisfied did they look like real shoes so you couldnt tell you where wearing them on purpose?

I don’t recommend them not because they’re ugly (I think they’re quite cute) but because my sis had a pair and fell down and fractured her knee. They can be very unstable to walk in.
