There are all sorts of things you can do to get yourself taller, a major component of which is exercise or stretches which would only take a few minutes out of your day.
Just start with doing a few in the morning or before you go to bed at night. If you like them, you could do some more, or try different ones. Here are a few to get you started:
* The Leg Stretch – Start by sitting on the floor with your legs spread apart as far as is comfortable. With your left hand, reach for your toes on the same side of your body. Now with your right hand, reach for your other foot. If it is hard for you to reach your feet comfortably, reach as far down your leg as possible. What is most important here is to keep your spine straight and pivot from the hips, trying not to arch your spine.
* The Cat Stretch – Begin on your hands and knees with your arms straight. Inhale while bringing your head up and then flex your spine down. Then exhale while bringing your spine up into an arched position and simultaneously bringing your head back down.
* The Bow Down – This one is pretty much like it sounds. Stand up straight with your hands on your hips and leave them here throughout the exercise. Try not to bend your knees and keep your chin off of your chest.
Try to do ten sets of ten daily, for about 15 seconds a rep. These work well, but it will be a fairly slow process. To grow quicker you also need to consider nutrition, supplements, and many more exercises and stretches.
There are many programs online that put this all together for you, but be careful which one you get as a lot of them are garbage.

There is no way to become taller. It is mostly a genetic factor, and is based off of the height of your parents and ancestors. If your parents are short then you will probably be short. if they are opposite then you would have inherited one of the two traits or a combination. Because of this there is sort of a maximum height you can reach, although if you haven’t reached that yet a more nutricious diet can help your growth and make you reach that maximum more quickly. I personally inherited my dad’s tall side of the family, He is 6’2 and my mom is 5’6. I am 15 and i am exactly 6′ tall. a doctor told me that i will probably be in the 6’3 range. So to sum it all up, its genetics that makes you short, not exercise or lack there of.
Why does everyone think you can control height like you can weight? Seriously, it’s just genes. If you don’t get any taller, you don’t get any taller. I’m sorry, but there are no ways to make yourself taller. Just stay healthy, drink alot of water and milk and get plenty of sleep. That’s the best advice anyone can give.
The Lateral Cortex Stretch:
1. Sit straight up and take a few deep breaths
2. Envision yourself doing tall things i.e. getting things off high shelves, dunking a basket ball…
3. Lift your hands above your head as high as you can and as you release each breath sing the song “Short People Ain’t Got No Reason To Live”
3 reps of this with 2 30 sec. breaks and you’ll be tall in no time!
If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly. Don’t try those things that stretch you out, they just pop your joints, and don’t try steroids they won’t work. l’ m 24 and i am 6’0 , my father 5’7 and mum 5’4. l was the same height as my father 8 months ago and l was always told that l would not grow over 5’7 , the height can’t be controlled , height was determined by your genetic ,inheritance etc. i was really fed up with these narrow- minded people around me and l hit the road for a solution. l have researched books , doctors and internet high and low for increasing height, and tried many growth boosters. From my experience what worked on me :
1. Eat lots of Broccoli.
2. Eat at least 250gr yougurt every day.
3. Regular Swimming helps.
4. Sleep without pillows, and sleep at least 8 hrs daily.

6. Use an inversion table for 20- 30 minutes every day.
Follow the tips above and you’ll grow a few inches taller regardless of your age.
