What are some ways for me to grow taller?
I seriously want to grow. I don’t want to be short. They say you reach your average adult height around 18. I’m 13 and 5’1 3/4. So how can I grow taller (not just by nature) but by anything. im open for suggestion just as long as it makes sense. pleeeaaasseee.

There is a surgery where they break your shin bones and pull them apart. It often heals badly. Human growth hormone is not proved to affect your final adult height.

yes i know it sounds stupid BUT the fact that your density means you float in water, you won’t be pulled down via gravity at such a tremendous force.
you probably already know – everyone does – that if you wake up in the morning and measure yourself, then measure yourself after a day of walking around, you will be ever so slightly shorter in the evening because your bones compress together at the joints.
WELL if you swim, your bones don’t have time to press down together. so what happens is that your bones grow EVERY SO SLIGHTLY to connect again. (in the same way to surgery)
if you swim for an hour every day, you may grow a few millimetres every week. This doesn’t sound like much but if you do it consistently for the rest of your life, you’ll probably be a lot better off.
oh and swimming is also a VERY good form of exercise

I’m 13 too, and waiting to grow too. But we’re still only 13 and got plenty of time to grow. Make sure you’re getting lots of calcium and nutrients and stuff like that. DOn’t drink pop or caffienated beverages. Probably the most important is to make sure you eat healthy and get enough of food in all the food groups, a balanced diet.
