eat anything healthy excercise and rest mymate did this and told me hes ow over 5f 12inch and still growing aged 15 whilst i am 5ft 10imnch

go on 1 of those medieval torture machines where they tie your arms and legs at either end and just pull on it..but usually it ends up dismembering you.

Im 13 and 5’6". Haha.
I have grown a liking to milk. Seriously though it makes you grow really tall and its really good for your bones.
Or get surgery and get new legs to get taller.
