well you should consider your age should be below 18 , because as i know after 18 growth of the body stops !
so there are two exercises that i know which would help in your situation : the first one is to an iron stick between two walls a bit higher than your height , make sure that you fix it firmly and then swing on it all day or everytime u get a chance , just hold the stick with ur hands and relieve ur weight , hold ur legs off the floor !
second one if you have a bicycle , just raise the seat of the becycle as far as you can reach the pedal that will help stretching your leg regularly !!
