i mean i want to know what are the exercises and foods we should take so that we can increase our height .my age is 17 and weight is 50.so what should i do now?

i think you need some stretching exercises..
u will need to practice them for around 5 seconds each, and in some cases maybe a minute or 2 each
u also need to eat certain meals, and even sleep in a certain way to make sure you even " stretch " while u r sleeping..
i am not sure but i think u can get up to 10 inches in a month or 6 weeks,..
and make sure you do thise exercise as soon as possible because u r still 17 and can see great results more better than if u started say 10 years from now !!
