Genetics determine roughly 70% of your height, and environmental factors determine the other 30%. Two of these environmental factors are nutrition and exercise.

What are the exercises that can most enhance your height growth, even if it’s only by a few inches? Will constantly running up to the backboard and slapping it many times everyday help you grow taller?

I am 175cm, or 5 feet and 7.4 inches tall at the age of 14 years old. I plan to reach at least 195 cm by the time I am 18.
