Swimming helps to grow taller, I believe. By calculation based on parent’s height, I was supposed to be about 2 inches shorter than I am. (I swam competitively from age 7 to age 13. I was pretty much done growing at 13.) I’m not sure if it’s the nature of the exersice, but you do eat a lot more if you swim regularly.
Also, it was my observation that when I just entered college, all my male classmates were not that tall. (I liked tall guys back then) When we were graduating most of them got seriously taller. I don’t think they did anything specific, boys just don’t spot growing till they are like 20.
put on stillts or eat supplements
u could try playing basketball and tennis don’t know if it would help but thats what happened to sum of my freinds
well, you grow a lot in your sleep
try napping all day…
There are no exercises to increase height. However, a good diet with plenty of stuff to build your bones will just about insure that you’ll grow as tall as your genes will allow.
Don’t stress about it yet, guys aren’t supposed to stop growing until they’re about 21.
you will probably have another growth spurt. men do not stop growing until around the age of 22. what you should avoid (so that you do not stunt your growth) is smoking, drinking, drugs….anything that can affect your health negatively-just dont do it. eat right and be healthy and you will grow to your maximum height. but you are still growing, so get plenty of sleep and good nutrition and you will be fine. nothing is guaranteed to help you grow taller other than time.
One of the best things you can do is get plenty of sleep. I know I sound like a Mom (I am) but it’s true. It’s during sleep and ONLY during sleep that your body releases growth hormone. Good nutrition is also key, but I’m sure you know that.
Ultimately, you can’t escape genetics, so there’s no forcing things. You’ll be as tall as you are supposed to be. The best you can do is maximize your height potential.
