What can a teenager do to maximize growth possibilities (grow taller)?
I really want to grow taller, and I’m not sure if I’ve had my growth spurt yet. I am a female, age 15.
what can I possibly do to grow to my maximum possible height?
no surgery LOL

I’m not entirely sure, but I think height is something you can’t really control. I think you’re bound by genetics (meaning you’re body height is pretty much pre-determined by your parents’ genes). However, in order to help your body grow and get stronger, it is VERY important to eat a balanced diet and drink lots of water. Muscles need water and protein especially.
Also, anything that puts stress on your bones is likely to cause them to get stronger. Not sure if you get what I mean, but basically I’m saying that if you are a runner (for example), the bones in your legs should be stronger than the bones of a non-runner. I don’t know if this can cause a change in a teenager during a growth spurt, but physical activity can’t hurt.
