If you have a healthy, balanced diet, you’re on the right track. Make sure you drink/eat a lot of calcium, too (milk, yoghurt, cheese, etc.). Milk is very good for you, and helps to build strong bones, but I don’t think you’ll see dramatic results just from increasing your calorie intake. Yea i got a short problem too.. join the club (im 14)
well here is what im doing:
1) Drink milk twice a day (ewww i know but its good for any age not just the little kids)
2) Exercise a lot.. I walk for 30 mins every morning, go to basketball camp for 6 hrs..
3) Rest every part of my body
4) Strech every morning
5) Feel good about my self and stay happy
