what can i do to gain weight and grow taller fast?
hi i am 15 years old and turning 16 next month, i am 165cm tall since my last birthday in august last year and havent grown much since then. what could i do grow taller (E.g do more sports in the sun…) nd what could i doo to gain weight fast?
