What did you do in your teens to grow taller?
I know that genetics decides how tall we grow. But if a person already has good genes regarding height (all family members 5’7 + tall), what he/she should do to attain maximum height possible while growing like what exercises, how many hours o sleep, what food , etc?

They can’t grow taller no matter what you do.What ever size you are that is the size they’re going to be maybe a little 6 inches taller maybe.You can try to make her drink water.Try to make her exercise more.Make her eat right.That can keep her brain good and ready for school.Eat things like a salad,any kind of pasta,or carrots and potatoes.give her 2 hours of sleep each day in the afternoon.
Your height is pretty much predetermined, but as a teenager, you should try and get 8 hours and try and get in some activity each day that gets the heart pumping. Eating properly is vital. Make sure you eat several helpings of fresh fruits and vegetables each day along with a helping of fish, poultry or even red meat. Try and bake or grill it, avoid frying it in oil if possible. Try and stay away from fast food and too many sodas.
