try getting a lot of sleep, eat healthy, and exercise moderately (too much exercise can stunt your growth, so can coffee and cigarettes)
i know you can get steroids or some type of growth hormone at the doctors so just ask next time you go
but if you find something else then please tell me because i’m 5 ft and i’m 16
You need more protein and less carbohydrate, because protein is essential for growing taller and carbohydrate blocks the growth. You also need stretching exercises. For more information visit these website:

There’s nothing you can do to change your height. It’s already been decided by your genes. Eat healthy and get exercise to maintain a health weight and have strong bones and muscles.
Perhaps you can find some useful tips in a web search for "grow taller naturally".
Perhaps you have a medical condition and your pituitary gland is malfunctioning and not releasing enough HGH. Being 4’5 at the age of 14 is abnormal and perhaps you need some medical advice from a doctor. If your growth plates are still open you might perhaps be eligible for a series of HGH injections by a doctor. A series of such injections are likely to cost something like $12,000-$18,000.
