What exercise can I do to increase my height?

   Pilates is supposed to make you taller. That is because you get better posture, and your spine stretches a bit, up to two inches for some people.

   your height is genetically determined. you can do exercises that might give you an inch or so (such as pilates) but after you stop doing them your spine will just recompress back to its natural state.

   if you are still in your teens, you can take HGH but its highly illegal and will also put stress on the rest of your body.

   just be happy with your height and instead practice your jumping and leg exercises so you can be the next spud webb haha
