What exercises help you grow taller? ?
I know genetics determine most of your height, and sleep and food determine the rest, but are there anything i can do besides sleeping and eating that will help me grow taller? My relatives are all tall, even if their parents (my aunts and uncles) are short.

maybe you can try skipping rope. i have a few asian friends who are quite tall (above 170cm) and most of them admitted that they did lots of skipping before. but you need to start quite early, before you turn 21 years old.
and of course you have to eat lots of dairy products to keep your bones healthy.
Just ignore the spammers. As you know, genetics play the biggest part in determining how tall you are and no matter how hard you try you can’t just grow taller by exercising or eating and sleeping differently. Try doing stretches when you wake up and before you go to sleep, but I don’t see how it would help.
