If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly. Don’t try those things that stretch you out, they just pop your joints, and don’t try steroids they won’t work. l’ m 24 and i am 6’0 , my father 5’7 and mum 5’4. l was the same height as my father 8 months ago and l was always told that l would not grow over 5’7 , the height can’t be controlled , height was determined by your genetic ,inheritance etc. i was really fed up with these narrow- minded people around me and l hit the road for a solution. l have researched books , doctors and internet high and low for increasing height, and tried many growth boosters. From my experience what worked on me :
1. Eat lots of Broccoli.
2. Eat at least 250gr yougurt every day.
3. Regular Swimming helps.
4. Sleep without pillows, and sleep at least 8 hrs daily.
5. Super-Growth works http://www.growtallersupplements.net or http://www.super-growth.org
6. Use an inversion table for 20- 30 minutes every day.
Follow the tips above and you’ll grow a few inches taller regardless of your age.
dude its hopeless. there’s nothing you can do about it haha
theres not really any exercises u can do to grow. growing is just something that happens naturally through ur nature(exercises, sleep patterns, eating habits, wellness) and genetics(how tall ur parents and grandparents are).
try yoga, but there isn’t much that you can do sorry :/
Pure genetics my friend. You are 15, so you technically have 5-7 more years of possible growth before you can say .. well this is my final ‘height’.
At any rate.. no amount of vitamins, or training will change this ultimate height.
A proper healthy diet, being active, and taking a general multi-vitamin (I recommend Mens "One A Day" ) is not a bad idea and won’t hurt. It will eliminate any chance of mal nourishment causing or stunting your growth.
Of course if you smoke, stop. This has been proven to stunt growth in some people.. just a possibility not a guarantee. (This applies to all forms of tobacco) — And really applies to all things ‘unhealthy’.. ie: Drinking to get a buzz, and so forth.
Relax a little.. stress doesn’t help. Stress creates cortisol,.. which is not good for growth (but this relates more to the growth of muscle) — but nonetheless I would relax about it in any way I could. I would just do these things,.. know I am doing everything possible to ensure maximum height potential and be ‘ok’ if I never grew another inch, but know that I have 5-7 more years of growth possible.
I had a friend about your height, and we graduated high school (we were 18) and he never got taller. I saw him again a few years later.. at 21-22 yrs old.. and he was 6’6" — towering over me. People have growth spurts later in their teens, even in early 20′s more than you know.
Take care,
