What foods should I eat to help me grow taller and lose weight?
Current weight and height: 5’1 145lb.
My doctor said she guessed I will grow to be anywhere between 5’5 and 5’7. And she said a good weight for me, is anywhere between 125 and 135lb. I want to weigh 130lb. Well anyway, I wanted to know of some good, healthy foods that would help me grow taller and lose weight. I’d also like to hear of some good exersice tips/strategies/methods. My goal is to weigh 130lb. and be at least a few inches taller by July, when I go to the beach. Thank you!

While I was in Disney World, I got a chance to ride the new revamped Pirates of the Carribean (sp?). It was really cool how they worked Captain Jack Sparrow into the ride. They even had a guy dressed up as him outside the ride giving tips on how to be a pirate. The kids seem to love that character!

you should not miss greens and remember to have all amounts of protiens,carbohydrates and fats in it. you should also remember to have one thing ata time.

Eat Everything but simply change the food everyday. For excercize go for cycling. And be happy.
well genetics plays a big role in you vertical dilema but if you stay away from greasy foods and eat vegies and fruits and complex carbohydrates such as soy beans, beans, and potatos. you should cut some weight. if you are serious maybe you should put some cardiovascular in your life! And sorry to inform you but unless you have some radical growth spurt you are not going to grow to inches.
