I’ve hit puberty at a very young age,and my height didn’t change much. I’m actually the shortest among 85% of my friends. I’m 13 years old & I believe I’m only 5’0". I just wanted to ask what kind of food to eat to make me grow taller / loose weight. Yes, i know , fruits & vegetables, but what fruits and vegetables?
