What is a good way to naturally grow taller and more bulky?
Other than the obvious weights, press ups etc.
I’m about 6’1" and need to grow and get bigger for basketball.

for bulking up, theres no way to bulk up without working out, but there are supplements that can make ur work outs much more beneifical. i suggest creatine powder and protein shakes, they’ll help you grow tons stronger, with bascially no side effects. now if ur really serious, u can take testosterone pills aka steroids, that’ll make u stronger and leaner, but ull stop growing taller after you take them
You really can’t "grow taller" unless you have a pituitary gland problem in which you just keep growing. To get bulkier you should probably eat multiple meals a day (more Calories than normal) and exercise a lot so that those Calories don’t turn into fat, but into muscle. They also sell protein shake material in the pharmacy section or at GNC’s which, combined with lots of exercise, can help you to gain muscle, but if you do that, and don’t exercise, you’ll just get fat.
(As a side note, if you are malnourished you could actually end up shorter due to not having enough vitamins, minerals, etc. that your body needs to grow.)
