What is the best possible way that I can increase my height without any harm or side effects?
I want to try some drug for gaining height but I’m afraid that it might have some undesirable side effects. So are there any other ways out there to increase my height?
I’m 5’7 by the way, but I still feel short for a male. I heard of Height Max before, and I don’t really trust it.
I’m 18 and rarely consume caffine and never use steroid.
Can I still be active if I get my legs lenghthened? Like play soccer, jogging, etc.

You’re still in your natural period of height development – adolescence – & still have at least 7 more years to go. There’re some ways:
1. Drink more milk, especially those fortified with calcium, zinc (Zn). Height promotion in zinc is scientifically proven.
2. Ofcourse basketball, cycling, swimming… will also help.
3. The last you would do if still not satisfied: you can have your legs lenghthened. However, this is a painful, fastest method of all (but no harm at all) and require most patience!
WEAR TALL SHOES
I’m short too, 5’2" lol.. But a few nights ago I heard on the radio about some new pills called Height Max.. They said it’s for ages 12-25.. They have a web-sight too- At AppleHealthStore.com It’s cost is $69.99 you should be able to get the information you are looking for here.
Put lifts in your shoes.. stand on your toes without leaving your soles of your shoes off the ground.. reallyyyyy cushy socks maybe??
How old are you? Are you finished your ‘growing’ years? If under 20 then you can consume a healthy diet and cut out caffeine and steriods (if applicable) IF you are past the ‘growing’ stage, there is NO, repeat NO pill or drug that will make you grow taller! Please do not waste your money! If you do not believe me ask any science teacher. You can try spine strengthening exercises like pilates and yoga. Also improving your posture standing straight with shoulders back will help you appear taller. If you are dead set on being taller by any means the there is a surgical option that is exceptionally painful and I believe only done when medically required (one leg shorter than other)This procedure involves breaking the legs and healing them very, very slowly milimeter by milimeter farther apart until the desired distance is met. It involves so much physical therapy and time to heal. Good Luck!
Yup… good posture, yoga/stretching, swimming, and sports like basketball might help. Or simply come to terms that you’re good the way you are and ignore this little issue altogether? =]
