What kind of nutritions should I go on in order to grow taller?
I want to know what kind of food I need to eat for each meal and how many doses of them.
I have been drinking a lot of milk and exercising every day, but I haven’t grown an inch. I am currently 17 years old and 5’11. I want to be taller
I know diet plays a big role in grow, so I need some assistance.

height isn’t based on what you eat it is purely gentic sorry
As long as you do not stunt your growth by starving yourself how tall you are is determined by your genetics. Thank your parents.
being tall is only good for getting stuff off down off of shelves or whatever for short people.
I’ve heard that long beans can help
i guess eating enought calcium and protein. but remember that there is a genetic component to height, it’s not just what you eat. also, good for you for taking exercise. if you smoke, stop. if you do not smoke, do not start!
