What nutrients/exericse are good to make myself grow taller?
I just turned 17 and my height right now is 5ft3. I haven’t been growing in the last two years but I wish to be taller. What kind of nutrients and exercise is good for me to reach my aim? When will girls stop growing tall?

There is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller. There are things you can do to prevent stunting your growth! Eat a good diet. Lots of calcium. Be sure you are NEVER underweight. A good diet will help you to get as tall as you genetically can be.

I honestly don’t believe in this stuff, but if it works it works. Who am I to say no.
To Begin with,, Your much too young for me… But, 5’2" – 5’3" even as tall as 5’4" is the perfect height for a woman.. why would you want to be taller ??? Just concentrate on remaining petite… and you’ll find even checking statistics.. that that range of height is the most sought after by Men… Check it out..
