   You’re already as tall as you’ll ever be. Your height is determined by genetics not fads, pills, workouts, etc. You generally stop growing around 12-14 years old (though I’ve seen some have growth spurts in the 16 age range)

   I’m 5’0" tall (or 160 inches) and I’ve been this height since I was about 11 or 12.
