There is not way for you to grow taller while you sleeping unless you sleep on a rack. But then I doubt you’d grow much at all, but just be in pain all night.
Height is determined by genetics, there is very little you can do to help make you taller! Sorry!

There’s no way for you to permanently increase your height. Anything that does will only be due to stretching and will only be temporary. Just get comfortable with yourself and stop wasting time trying to change what cannot be changed.

is your dad tall? Maybe you just havent had your growth spurt yet. But if you have, dont sweat it too much. There are worst things in life then being short.
sleep on your back or the side…. my mom got a spinal injury for sleeping on her stomach to long and had to go to the chiropractor. anyhow it should help because i measured myself before i went to bed and i was 5”11′ and woke up to be 6"0! i hope it works for you. good luck. =)
you should sleep on your back because i was 5.11 and in the morning i was 6 foot so make sure to measure your self before you go to bed i hope it works on you
