what things can I do to grow taller?
I’m 14 years old and about 5’3. I know there isnt any magic potion that can make me grow an extra couple inches, but I was wondering if there are any streches, exercises or foods I can eat to increase my chance of growing taller? and if so how long will each take to start working?
I’m also a very athletic person and eat healthy on a regular basis.

You will probably peak at 5’4 at 15 and if you are a late bloomer it could be a bit better as late bloomers often grow late.
Adequate calories and adequate sleep will help you to reach your potential height.
Foods such as milk, meat and nuts also help.
Play basketball.
There is absolutely nothing you can do to make yourself grow without having an elective surgery to break and extend you legs. It’s in you genetics that determines how much you grow. However, stretching and exercise keeps the body lean and flexible this and wearing dark wash jeans and lighter tops can give the illusion to being taller, you can even wear heals but nothing you can do to make yourself taller.

I was 5’7 at 23. now I am turning 24 in a month and I am 6’0. I grew the most during last summer because I actually started using a herbal product height enhancer 6 month course.

1) Drinking at least 2 big glasses of milk a day.
2.) playing basketball and going swimming. Basketball really helps, and you should also work out your calves and thigh muscles, that helps too.
3)Eat alot, because when I started to get taller I didn’t gain a pound but I looked skinnier.
