What ways are there to grow taller as a 25 year old?
As far as I know there are plenty of restrictions on growth hormones. Does anyone has further information about growing taller? Thanks

At the age of 25 absolutely nil.
HGH is of no effect whatever after your growth plates have closed. Even with open growth plates it can only help you if you are actually deficient in HGH.
Leg lengthening surgery is very dangerous and very complex and definitely not recommended but perhaps you might nevertheless wish to investigate that option in a web search for "leg lengthening surgery".

I think stretching, exercising, and eating healthy might help you grow a bit taller, but if you’re already 25 you won’t be able to grow much taller than you are right now. Sorry and good luck.
