What will make you grow taller? Does anyone know what makes you grow tall?
I’m 18 years and I’m 5’5. I feel really short when I am in High School and I was wondering if there are any ways that will make me grow taller.
* I fruits/vegetables
* Exercise daily
* Take Multi Vitamins
* Drink 5 cups of milk a day
However, I still don’t grow any taller? Is there any special ingredient or something that will make me grow taller? What do scientist studies say?

nothing. you wil be as tall as you’re gonna be based on genetics. the best you can do is to not eat/consume anything which will stunt your growth like caffiene or cigarettes.

My understanding is that your height is primarily going to be related to your genetics, which you obviously can’t do anything about. Good nutrition will help to an extent, but probably not enough to get you from 5 ft 5 to 5 ft 8 (for example). Platform shoes (like the musician Prince wears, I’ve heard he’s only like 5 ft 2 or 3) are always an option but if I were you, I would stop obsessing about your height. You’re taller than a lot of women (like me, I’m only 5 ft 1) and statistically (if it makes you feel any better), shorter people live longer because there’s less overall strain on the heart during your lifetime.
