Where can I buy elevator shoes?

I am looking for elevator shoes that acually look cool? The only ones I’ve sceen are like all leathered up and just dont look appropriate for someone my age any one link me a good lucking pair around 2-3 inches am like a size 6.5-7.5 thanks, This is real important so please help
