Which parts of the body should you work on more in order to grow taller?
Which parts of the body should you stretch and work on the most in order to grow taller? Is it the spine, legs, thighs, rotator cuffs, etc…..? Can anyone list all the human parts?

There are many people doing stretching exercises to grow taller.But it really takes several months to see result.
The easiest part to stretch is the spine because there are many cartilages in it.You can also grow your legs by kicking,sitting on ankle weight.
honestly from wat ive heard weightlifting keeps u at a still heights, thats why young people arnt supposed to lift but that might be a myth, just jump alot an flex ur abs in the air when jumping

You can’t really exercise to grow taller, just bigger. Working out and lifting weights will only have an affect on your muscles growing in size which can only make you grow wider. Depending on how old you are, i.e if you hit your growth spert, some sources say weight lifting at a young age may actually stunt growth a bit since you’re body begins to focus on repairing and building muscle.
You can always attempt using ropes attached to cars and your arms and legs and pulling in opposite directions though…

A few things that help…
I was 5’7 at 23. now I am turning 24 in a month and I am 6’0. I grew the most during last summer because I actually started using a herbal height enhancer 6 month course.
