Will I be able to grow taller if I keep on doing height exercises regularly?
I’m around 10 years old (not going to give out my real age). I’m 5 feet which is a pretty decent height for my age, but since I’m Asian and my parents are short, I just know I’ll be short when I’m an adult. Will I be able to grow taller within 1 or 2 months if I keep on doing height exercises? And to those who did these exercises regularly, does it work? I hope to grow taller by 2 or 3 inches by 2 months. If you have any tips or experience with height exercises please put them in your answer and please put as much details as possible! Thank you!
-also I’m not allow to buy anything on the internet, so I can’t buy the "Grow taller 4 idiots" guide.

You’re worrying? I’m between 5ft to 5ft 2in and I’m 22 years old. I’m short because it is in my genetics, and the short jokes are so old now I don’t even take any notice of them. Smaller things come in better packages i.e. jewellery.
However, since you are young, eating vegetable, such as broccoli and cabbage, can increase the likelihood of being a few inches taller than what you would be if you didn’t eat them.
There is also surgery, which is very, very painful, and not likely to be given to someone as young as yourself. What they do is break the bones in the joints of your legs and then, before the bones can heal, I think they fit something into your leg to add a few inches. So, when the bones grow, and reattach themselves, they will be longer. However, I am not entirely sure on this procedure. Bearing in mind also, this process is long, and you would be wheelchair bound until your legs had fully healed.
I would recommend simply waiting to see how tall you will be when you hit 18, as this will be most likely the time you stop growing.
Drink a gallon of milk a day.
i guess you can- but you wont grow that tall, so don’t waste your time. Try eating lots of nutritious foods like fruits and veggies, but also high calorie foods with protein like peanut butter, meat, and milk (your body needs calories to grow!) Don’t go on fad diets or starve yourself. Exercise, but not a lot. Also, make sure you get enough calcium.
Remember, how tall you grow depends on both genetics and how well-nourished you are. And don’t be so ashamed of being short- your a good height and height really doesn’t matter in the real world.
