I’m around 10 years old (not going to give out my real age). I’m 5 feet which is a pretty decent height for my age, but since I’m Asian and my parents are short, I just know I’ll be short when I’m an adult. Will I be able to grow taller within 1 or 2 months if I keep on doing height exercises? And to those who did these exercises regularly, does it work? I hope to grow taller by 2 or 3 inches by 2 months. If you have any tips or experience with height exercises please put them in your answer and please put as much details as possible! Thank you! :) -also I’m not allow to buy anything on the internet, so I can’t buy the "Grow taller 4 idiots" guide.
