Will I grow taller in the next 4 years?
I’m 16. I’m a male. Obviously I’m from Vietnam. I’m 5 ft 6.5.I haven’t grown for 2 years due to overnight gaming and junk food. I am being curious if I can grow taller in the next 4 years, given that I do swimming, stretching, and a good diet.

Don’t get disapointed, growing taller is not only up to your genes. There are latest scientific discoveries that suggest you the ways to grow taller even after puberty.
Growing taller is now a reality, without painful operations. There is an easy and safe way to increase height within a short period of time. The results depend on the effort and dedication of each one. Growth results depend mostly on your age, health, bones density, diet and genetic level.
Stretching is not enough. You need a formula that combines good nutrition, exercises and the right supplement, such as GFV, which is a combination of the amino acids you need.

Good diet’s about all that will really affect height, although the other things help to have a healthy body.
Rule of thumb is that most males are done growing by about age 25-27. You’ve got some time, but I wouldn’t expect a huge change (unless you have a late growth-spurt).
Overnight gaming and junk food aren’t to blame for not growing, genes are. Unless you have a nutritional deficiency, which you probably don’t, you can’t blame food. Swimming and stretching won’t help you grow either. The only thing you can hope for is some help from genetics, but by now you should almost be done growing. You might make it to 5 ft 8.

Yes, it is likely that you will grow taller. However, this would have been so much better if you decided to do this 2 years ago. You see, for most teen boys, 14-16 is the growth spurt. But don’t worry too much, you should grow taller soon. Swimming and stretching are great exercises. You should also think about basketball – the best way to grow. Good luck (:
